Thompson was built in 2018 by LBSC x MAX Train Co. as a state-of-the-art AI chatbot virtual assistant. He was designed to help customers with their queries and provide them with information about the company's products and services. However, due to some unforeseen circumstances, Thompson was never deployed and was kept in storage for several years.
